Use of this website
By browsing, creating an account or placing an order on grown.co.in you agree to these terms. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are legally able to enter into a contract, and that you will not misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping content, or interfering with its operation.
Product listings and pricing
We describe and photograph every piece as carefully as we can, but slight variation in colour, finish and measurement is natural in small-run fashion jewellery and bags, and screen calibration can alter how a shade appears. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and converted for display in other currencies at indicative rates; the amount charged is the amount shown at checkout. Prices, offers and availability may change without notice, and in the event of an obvious pricing or stock error we may cancel the affected order and inform you.
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order after payment is successfully verified. We may decline or cancel an order — before or after confirmation — where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, the delivery address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity. Where a confirmed order is cancelled by us, the amount paid for it is returned to the original payment method.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials. You are responsible for any bank, currency conversion or import charges levied by your own provider or customs authority.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — the Grown name and logo, product designs, photography, video, copy and layout — belongs to Grown or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grown is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or of our products, including loss of profit or opportunity. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
