What we collect, why we collect it, and how it is protected.
Information we collect
When you shop with Grown we collect the details needed to fulfil your order: your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, and order history. Payment information (card, UPI or netbanking details) is entered directly with our payment gateway — we never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials. If you create an account, we also store your login identity and any wishlist or cart contents saved to it.
How we use your information
Your data is used to process and deliver orders, issue invoices and receipts, provide order tracking, respond to your enquiries on WhatsApp or email, handle replacement requests, prevent fraud, and — only where you have not opted out — send occasional updates about new collections and offers.
Sharing with third parties
We share only what is strictly necessary: your payment details go to our payment gateway (Razorpay) to authorise the transaction, and your name, address and phone number go to our shipping and courier partners to deliver your parcel. We also use standard analytics and email delivery services. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar local storage to keep you signed in, remember your shopping bag and currency preference, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the checkout may stop working correctly.
Data security
All traffic to our site is encrypted over HTTPS. Customer records are stored on access-controlled servers, payment processing is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant gateway, and internal access to order data is limited to authorised team members. No system is perfectly secure, but we review our safeguards regularly.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete your account and associated data — except records we are legally required to retain, such as tax invoices.
